An invitation for both men and women to come together to immerse ourselves in the rich and vital world of Family Constellation, bringing to the light issues that perhaps have been neglected and are calling out for attention.

Deeply hidden wounds often get overridden and ignored in the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. These left untended not only steal our creativity and aliveness but erode fragile, hard-won self-confidence, holding us back from being the magnificent men and women that we are born to be.

We will be Constellating in pairs, small groups and participating in whole-group Constellations. There will be early morning let-go meditations; dance, writing or scribbling, time to share, surrounded by the fully alive, wild beauty of the Devon countryside.

Based on issues that you may bring, Sarasi will introduce a wide range of cutting-edge but simple Constellation techniques.
You will learn and take away with you a life affirming, self-help Constellation practise which can support you in your everyday life.

It will be a celebration of our self, each other, new and old friends and deep personal healing.

Family Constellation is a healing system that enables us all to go beyond self-doubt and fears, that frees us from the heaviness of unresolved, ancestral burdens that can often overshadow our entire lives.
